President
Shara McClure is the President of McClure Health Solutions and a respected leader in the business of healthcare related to provider-payor relations. With decades of experience spanning hospitals, health plans, and physician organizations, including her tenure as Divisional SVP at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. Shara brings deep insight into payor-provider strategy. She is a frequent speaker on healthcare policy, a champion for women in leadership, and an active community leader. Shara holds a Master of Public Health from George Washington University and is a proud alumna of Texas A&M University.
Matt Mize

Matt Mize, President and CEO of Make Learning Matter, is a healthcare performance driving executive and actuary with more than 25 years of experience working with $10B+ top line organizations improving financial performance and operational efficiency for national health insurance plans. Before partnering with McClure Health Solutions, he served as SVP and Chief Actuary at EmblemHealth and held senior leadership roles at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), parent company to Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in 5 states, including a role as CFO of Individual Markets. A Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Matt brings deep expertise in risk, pricing, and turnaround strategy, and a reputation for building high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.
